Our Mission
Diversity Health Center’s primary mission is to provide primary, preventative and mental healthcare services to the residents of its service area and to provide and maintain the necessary facilities, equipment and personnel required to ensure affordable, accessible and comprehensive healthcare to the residents of its service area, with a particular focus on the uninsured and underserved residents.

Offer same day appointments.
We are committed to addressing the urgent care needs of our patients so we accept walk-in patients. (Please note that physicals, check-ups and non-urgent needs should always be scheduled in advance).
Provide comprehensive care.
Our staff treats the whole person, not just the presenting symptom or problem. The patient is an active member of the health care team and both physical and psychosocial issues are addressed. Patient education is important to us and is a vital part of the healthcare visit.
Complement other healthcare providers in the community.
We collaborate with other agencies in the community, saving you time and money.
