Provide coverage at Liberty Regional Medical Center in Liberty County. Must be able to report to hospital within 30 minutes.
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in Pediatrics from an accredited medical school. Board certified in Pediatrics. Clear and active Georgia Medical License. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License. Current BLS Certification.
To improve the health status of our market’s medically underserved population by providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service and care in mental health. This position is responsible for providing patient care in mental health and initiating the process for successfully integrated mental health services.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from an educational institution accepted by the Georgia Board of Psychology.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker works to address mental health, behavioral health and addictive disease needs of individuals utilizing area referral sources for needed assessment, treatments and crisis interventions.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Professional Counseling or other related field. Minimum 2 years of Professional Counseling experience. Clear and Active Georgia State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Current BLS/CPR Certification.
To provide superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service by working dependently as well as interdependently with the dentist and assistant to provide excellent dental health care to patients of all ages. Performs routine administrative and patient care directly relating to oral health in the examination and treatment of patients.
High School Diploma or General Equivalency/Educational Diploma (GED). Diploma from an accredited dental hygienist program. Current Registered Dental Hygiene Certification (State of Georgia Licensed) with minimum 2 years current experience. Current CPR and radiation safety certification.
The Medical/Dental Biller is primarily responsible for timely submission of technical or professional medical/dental claims to insurance companies. This position will support the 4 health centers. The responsibilities include processing claims, posting charges/payments, follow-up on accounts, answering questions from patients and DHC staff and management.
The Pharmacy Technician performs those duties which assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medication to patients according to prescribed methods. The Pharmacy Technician approaches his/her tasks in a team based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy and behavior change. Adheres to the spirit of the Diversity Health Center’s mission statement while performing assigned duties.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB). Current CPR certification including BLS. Minimum of 1 year community pharmacy experience preferred

Master’s Degree with 5 years of management experience. Federally Qualified Health Center Management experience preferred.
