Under the supervision of the CEO and in collaboration with the Medical Director and administrative team, provides extraordinary patient care through DHC Clinics.
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics from an accredited medical school. Board certified within 3 years of graduation in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary nursing and medical services to individuals, families, children and groups with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention while involved in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic disease.
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program which has been approved by the American Medical Association. Certification from State Board. Active DEA license. Active RN license. Current CPR certification including BCLS
Licensed Professional Counselor works to address mental health, behavioral health and addictive disease needs of individuals utilizing area referral sources for needed assessment, treatments and crisis interventions.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Professional Counseling or other related field. Minimum 2 years of Professional Counseling experience. Clear and Active Georgia State Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license. Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Performs duties in the day to day functions in the Billing Division of the Finance Department.
High School Diploma/GED. Completion of a medical billing diploma preferred. Minimum of 3 years medical billing experience in a healthcare environment. Current CPR/BLS certification.
The Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills in the care of patients and daily center activities. Maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Carries out assignments willingly, promptly, accurately and follows all assignments through to completion. Promotes a culture of safety and follows established policies, adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements and national patient safety standards.
Completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse Program from an accredited college/university and holds a current license to practice in the State of Georgia and has current CPR certification. 1 year of nursing experience.
The Certified Medical Assistant is involved in both direct and indirect patient care that includes setting up for and assisting Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, assisting with diagnostics testing, maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and ordering supplies.
High School Diploma/GED. Completion of a Medical Assistant Program. Less than 1 year of Medical Assistant experience or completion of a clinical externship program. Must hold current Certified Medical Assistant certification. Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsible for performing secretarial office functions in an assigned department, including greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
High School Diploma/GED. Less than 1 year medical office experience in a healthcare environment. Current CPR/BLS certification.
