Requires an Associates degree or five years experience in a healthcare environment. Must have a GA Resident Navigator license or the ability to obtain one upon hire. Resident Navigator license must be successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include evening and weekends at community events. Current CPR/BLS certification.

Provides the highest standard of support to Diversity Health Center under the supervision of the CEO and in collaboration with the CFO, Medical Director and Management team.
Master’s Degree with 5 years of management experience. Federally Qualified Health Center Management experience preferred.
To provide superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service by providing the highest standard of quality dental care to Diversity Health Center patients through the primary care medical home model. Under the supervision of the CEO and in collaboration with the Medical Director and administrative team, provides extraordinary patient care through DHC Dental Clinic.
Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D. or D.D.S.) from an ADA-accredited institution
The Certified Medical Assistant is involved in both direct and indirect patient care that includes setting up for and assisting Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, assisting with diagnostics testing, maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and ordering supplies.
High School Diploma/GED. Completion of a Medical Assistant Program. Less than 1 year of Medical Assistant experience or completion of a clinical externship program. Must hold current Certified Medical Assistant certification. Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsible for performing secretarial office functions in an assigned department, including greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
High School Diploma/GED. Less than 1 year medical office experience in a healthcare environment.
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary nursing and medical services to individuals, families, children and groups with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention while involved in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic disease.
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program which has been approved by the American Medical Association. Certification from State Board. Active DEA license. Active RN license. Current CPR certification including BCLS.
